Instant Refer is a simple and easy-to-use subscription-based Web Application built for small business owners to provide the following functionalities in regard to referrals that they have sent or received.
  • Allows our Registered members to Send Referrals to the trusted member(s)
  • Sender has visibility to the Referral status that they have sent
  • Referral Receiver
    • can change the status of the referral. We have built the process allowing you to change the status from Not contacted yet to complete as they move along with different stages of the referral.
    • can record the dollar value they have received from the referral.
    • can also add and update comments for the referral
  • Allows you to create your own connection list
  • Allows you to track and record Member to Member meetings
  • Log in to your account
  • Click Members Menu Item
  • On the Members Card, Click the Referral button
  • In the new screen pop up add Referral information and click Submit
  • Members will get an email informing them they have received a referral from the name of the person who has entered the referral and they can log in to check the details.
  • Log in to your account
  • Click Members Menu Item
  • On the Search Bar click the link, Can't find a business? Click here to send a referral to them.
  • In the new screen pop up add a Referral member email and enter Referral information and click Submit
  • Members will get an email informing them they have received a referral from the name of the person who has entered the referral and they can create a free profile to check the details.
  • Log in to your account
  • Click Members Menu Item
  • On the Members Card, Click the Referral button
  • Click Refer button
  • Enter all the information regarding the referral
  • Click Send
  • Member will get an email with the referral information.
  • Member can see complete data on the portal, and they can update the status.
The meet button allows you to send a notification to the desired Member requesting a meeting. It does not connect with Calendar or create a meeting invite like an outlook or other 3rd party calendar. But it will allow you to have a meaningful list of all the meetings that you have requested to attend with another member.
  • Log in to your account
  • Click Members Menu Item
  • On the Members Card, Click the Meet button
  • Fill in the meeting requested Date, location, and meeting discussion in the comment and click Submit
  • Registered Partner will then get an email
You cannot send a meeting invite to a non-member
It allows you to save your favorite list of the members that you exchange referrals with rather than searching the member list.
Once the referral is sent, you can no longer update the information, but you can view the status of the referral as the receiver changes the status.

  • Page will show you the referrals that have been sent by you with progress.

  • On the Search bar, you can type any information regarding the referral like email, referral description, name etc.

  • Move your mouse to the referral that you want to up:
    • You can add dollar value
    • You can change the status
    • You can add a comment
  • Log in to your account
  • In the bottom menu, click Edit Account
  • You can change any information that is listed in the form
  • Log in to your account
  • In the bottom menu, click Edit Social Media
  • You can change any information that is listed in the form
You can change the password in two ways.
  • 1st on the login screen, click forgot your password and then follow the direction
  • 2nd if you are logged in to the web application, you can click Edit account and then change the password on that screen.
Yes, you can add an additional email in the secondary email field under you account information. All the referral notifications will be sent to both emails.
No, you cannot change the account’s main email. You can only change the secondary email.
Good Question! Just like you can see other members, they can see you too to connect and send referrals. It’s not worth showing your card there as you do not need to send or see referrals to yourself. However, when you open the web application, under the member page, your name and company name will show.
Under the free plan, you can send as many referrals as you want so start networking and sending/logging referrals to people you know and trust.
You can send out as many referrals as you wish. There’s no limit.
You can receive up to 5 referrals without any time limit
